Summary
We’re seeking a proactive and organized Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our internal processes, team coordination, and client delivery systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, takes initiative, and enjoys creating smooth workflows across multiple functions. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll work closely with founders, project leads, and clients to ensure that operations support both performance and growth.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely, quality project delivery.
- Collaborate with project leads and account managers to allocate resources effectively.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements for internal workflows.
- Coordinate onboarding and task tracking across teams (creative, tech, content).
- Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for leadership review.
- Support hiring, documentation, and scaling of service delivery systems.
- Maintain smooth client communication flows and support project documentation standards.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in an operations, project management, or agency delivery role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field.
- Experience working in a professional services, creative, or tech-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-oriented remote teams.
- Bonus: Exposure to legal services, IP businesses, or B2B agencies
