We’re seeking a sharp, research-driven IP Content Specialist who can turn complex legal and technical concepts into clear, engaging content. In this role, you’ll work closely with our strategy and marketing teams to create high-quality blogs, whitepapers, website copy, and thought leadership materials for IP law firms and technology transfer offices. If you’re passionate about intellectual property, have a strong writing voice, and understand how to write for professional audiences, we’d love to meet you.
Skills
  • Exceptional written communication and editing skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex legal and technical topics.
  • Strong research and synthesis capabilities.
  • Familiarity with IP law, patents, trademarks, or related fields.
  • Understanding of SEO, content structure, and tone of voice.
  • Comfortable working with subject matter experts and client feedback.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
Responsibilities
  • Write and edit blogs, whitepapers, newsletters, and website content for IP-focused clients.
  • Develop content strategies aligned with legal marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with design and digital teams to produce content-driven campaigns.
  • Conduct interviews and research to support in-depth, original content.
  • Ensure content aligns with tone, brand guidelines, and compliance standards.
  • Optimize content for readability, SEO, and user engagement.
  • Contribute to content planning and editorial calendars.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of content writing or editorial experience, preferably in legal, B2B, or technical domains.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing published articles, web content, or long-form thought leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Law, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with intellectual property, law firms, or tech transfer a strong plus.
  • Experience writing for legal, scientific, or innovation-focused audiences is highly valued.
